My works are precious, unique, and heartfelt—and their journey to you reflects this.

Fine Art Prints:

Carefully prepared and inspected, my art prints are sent complimentary around Australia.

My standard size archival giclee prints are shipped flat in double reinforced cardboard sleeves. They are protected from the elements by compostable slips, and include a hand-written thank you note from myself. They are printed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Custom size prints are printed by an external printing team in Bowral, and are shipped rolled in tubes. Custom size prints usually take around two weeks to be processed and shipped out to you. They are always quality checked by me before making their final journey to you.

Original artworks may require a quote for shipping. Please contact me for more information.

Returns

My artworks are created with the intention of making spaces beautiful. If you’re not completely satisfied, our return policies ensure your experience is as seamless as possible:

Fine Art Prints: Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery, provided the artwork is in its original, pristine condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please note, custom size artworks are non-refundable.

Damage during transit

In the rare case of damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours with detailed photographs. I can provide instructions to receive compensation from Australia Post.

Refunds: Once a return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed promptly. Please allow 5–7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
